Robert Chervin

Bob has been involved in the HVACR industry for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Columbus State College with a degree in Applied Science, emphasis in HVACR. He became an instructor in their HVACR program for 8 years. Bob has done installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial systems as a company owner since 1979. He is NATE certified.

David Cirino

Dave is an 18-year veteran of the HVACR industry. He attended West Side Institute of Technology, graduating with a degree in Building Engineering. Dave’s teaching experience is quite extensive. He’s taught classes at Refrigeration Sales Corp. for  5 years, and is an instructor for Pipefitter’s Local 120. He is NATE certified in numerous categories, and is an RSES Certificate Member (CM).

James Filliez

Jim has been associated with the HVACR industry for over 55 years.  He spent 30 years in the field doing installation, maintenance, and service; specializing in the repair of steam and hydronic systems, as a journeyman refrigeration pipefitter in Local 94. He’s taught courses through RSES, and is a Certificate Member Specialist (CMS) in the organization. He currently owns his own company.

John Hillery

John is an industry veteran who previously was Service Manager for RSC’s Tech Support Department. He has owned his own refrigeration business, and was the HVAC Coordinator for Stark State College. He is well known for his technical expertise, and excellent sense of humor in the classroom. He is affiliated with ASHRAE and RSES, and is NATE certified. He is presently retired and trains part-time for RSC.

James Price

Jim spent 18 years in the field as a service technician, doing residential and light commercial. He has an Associate Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communication. He is NATE certified and currently works for Refrigeration Sales as a Technical Service Advisor.

Vince Rich

Vince is employed by RSC as the Commercial Tech Support Manager. He received an Associate Degree in Instrumentation, and spent 18 years as a commercial field technician. He is AHRI certified in Commercial Refrigeration, and has taught RSC’s Refrigeration Technology and Commercial Technology Programs for the last 3 years. He has twice been selected as Trainer of the Year for Carrier Corporation.

Rick Rogers

Rick has been associated with the HVACR field for the last 20 years, and currently works for RSC. He graduated with an Associate Degree from Columbus State College, emphasis in HVACR. He has done installation, maintenance, and service repair of residential and commercial systems. He is NATE certified, and has taught RSC’s Gas Heating and Air Conditioning Technology courses for two years.

Shawn Stapinski
Shawn is currently the Residential Service Manager for Refrigeration Sales Corp. He began his career in HVAC by graduating from McKim Technical Institute. He worked in the field for 15 years, specializing in residential and light commercial. He is NATE certified, and has twice been selected as Trainer of the Year for Carrier Corporation. He’s taught Gas Heating & Air Conditioning Technology at RSC for three years.

Steven Wagner
Steve has 37 years experience in the HVACR field. He is a graduate of Columbus State College, and worked for many years for his own company. He is a certified RSES instructor, and is NATE certified as well. He is currently the Training Manager for a major HVACR manufacturer.

Richard Wirtz
Richard is a former professor at Columbus State College, having received his degree from there as well. He has extensive work experience in the HVAC field, and holds four RSES Certificate Member  Specialist designations, as well as being NATE certified. He’s an author, and currently works in the industry.

Kenneth Shvorob
Ken has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC business. He received an Associate Degree in Environmental Technology from West Side Institute of Technology. He spent 15 years in the field installing and servicing, then worked  10 years as  a Field Service Representative and technical trainer for a major hvac manufacturer. He is NATE certified in multiple areas, and now works for a mechanical contractor.
